How do I reset my Multi Factor Authentication?

Resetting Multi-Factor Authentication after contacting Wink Support and getting a Backup Code

After logging in using your email and password, you need to enter an OTP. If you have no more access to your Authenticator, this will be the backup code we provided. You will need to change the “Otp Device” option in the Wink page to Backup Code for it to work.

After logging in, you can disable and re-enable your Multi Factor Authentication settings in the Profile settings (found at the upper right menu of Wink Reports when you click your profile name), and under the Options tab.

You are able to use any authenticator app when setting up your MFA.
